As a military spouse and mother, Crystal brings a deeply personal understanding of the relocation process her husband proudly served in the United States Navy, giving her firsthand experience navigating the demands of military life and PCS orders.

Having lived overseas during her husband’s deployments, Crystal understands the complexities of international relocations and the transition back to life in the United States. She knows the realities behind every move especially the responsibility placed on the non-enlisted spouse to keep family life organized, stable, and supported during times of change. Crystal has truly been in your boots, and she brings that empathy and insight to every client she serves. 

Crystal has successfully guided clients transitioning into civilian roles with leading defense and aerospace employers, including Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon (RTX), L3Harris, and BAE Systems, as well as a range of advanced technology and aviation companies across Texas. She has also supported relocations for small to mid-sized transportation businesses, ensuring smooth transitions for both individuals and families.

Kevin Henry is a San Antonio native, born and raised in a proud military family, giving him a deep-rooted understanding of the unique demands and lifestyle of service members. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Kevin specializes in guiding both military and civilian clients through seamless transitions across Texas.

San Antonio widely known as “Military City, USA” holds a special significance in Kevin’s work and personal story. This title, officially designated in 2017, reflects the city’s longstanding commitment to the armed forces and its connection to Joint Base San Antonio, the largest joint base in the U.S. Department of Defense. With installations including Fort Sam Houston, Lackland Air Force Base, Randolph Air Force Base, Camp Bullis, and Port San Antonio, the region has been a cornerstone of military operations for over 300 years, including the site of the first U.S. military aviation flight in 1910.

Leveraging this deep local knowledge, Kevin has successfully assisted numerous military families and civilian defense professionals relocating to and from San Antonio. He also specializes in transitions to the Dallas–Fort Worth area, particularly for clients entering the defense sector as civilian contractors or pursuing opportunities with major aerospace and technology employers.
